Clinic Blood Donor Program
This is an opportunity for you and your companion animal to help animals in critical need of a transfusion. But this is, first and formost, a donation. If your dog requires more than a little help holding still, we consider it their decision to not participate, and we respect their wishes. While we believe that most dogs would want to help other dogs, we understand that some will not.

In a city the size of San Antonio, every day an injured or sick animal requires a blood transfusion as part of their treatment. Just as with humans, these animals depend on blood donations from those special individuals who give the gift of life.

The Emergency Pet Clinic provides blood products and support to veterinarians all over the area.  Each donation your pet makes could help up to four different animals!
